Saturday, 20th June | 10 - 12:30 | Mayford Village Hall, Woking
A hands-on workshop for anyone who's ever wondered "Am I doing this right?"
This workshop is designed to help you feel more confident in your yoga practice, whether you’re a complete beginner or already coming to class regularly.
Whether you've been practising for years or just started, this isn't about flowing through a class and hoping for the best.
It's about slowing down, breaking things apart, and actually understanding what's happening in your body — and why.
What we'll do
Over 2.5 hours, we’ll explore a selection of key foundational poses and really dig into them:
-
what they're actually doing in the body
-
the most common mistakes (and how to fix them)
-
how to make each one easier or more challenging
👉 Think of it as a yoga lab, not a standard class.
What's included
-
90-minute Yoga Lab — deep dive into key foundational poses
-
Warm up and breathing exercises
-
Guided relaxation to finish
-
Tea and refreshments (obviously)
👉 Make it yours: before the workshop, you'll have the chance to submit a pose or transition you want to work on — I'll do my best to include it in the plan.
