Menopause Yoga in Sunningdale

Mindful movement, breathwork, strength training and deep relaxation to support you through peri and menopause. And beyond!

What is Menopause Yoga?

Menopause Yoga isn’t just “gentle yoga.”
Menopause Yoga works on multiple levels:

  • Movement to improve flexibility, balance and posture

  • Strength-building (including weight-bearing and resistance) to protect against muscle loss and support bone health

  • Breathwork to ease stress and anxiety, regulate mood and improve focus

  • Meditation & mindfulness to help you tune in to what your body needs — and learn to accept, adapt, and even appreciate the changes

  • Restorative practices to calm the nervous system and support better sleep

Whether you’re on HRT or not, this practice complements medical approaches by supporting your whole self.

Sessions promote mobility, calm and overall wellbeing — all in a friendly, inclusive space.
