Menopause Yoga in Woking

Menopause brings change. Sometimes subtle, sometimes… not so subtle.
Energy dips. The body feels different. The mind can feel busy, overwhelmed, or just not quite like it used to.
This menopause yoga class in Woking is designed to support you through that, in a way that feels accessible and grounded.

No pressure. No expectations. Just space to move, breathe and feel better.

A different kind of yoga class

This isn’t just stretching on a mat.

Each session blends:

  • Breathwork to calm the nervous system and reduce stress

  • Gentle yoga flow to release tension and improve mobility

  • Strength work using bands, light weights and bodyweight to support muscles and protect bones

  • Core and balance exercises to improve stability and confidence

  • Relaxation and meditation to help you properly switch off

It’s a simple but powerful combination.

Because in midlife we need to feel stronger, steadier and more at ease in our bodies.

Why it works

This approach supports your body in two key ways:

  • Calming the nervous system
Breath-led movement helps regulate the nervous system, reducing that constant feeling of stress or overwhelm

  • Building strength where it matters
Strength training helps maintain muscle mass, protect bone health and support balance as your body changes

You leave feeling lighter, but also stronger.
