Certified Yoga & Menopause Yoga Teacher

I’m Marica — yoga teacher, mum of three, and someone who once thought yoga definitely wasn’t for her. 

Turns out, I was wrong. Yoga became my anchor — a way to move, breathe, sweat, soften… and just be.

If you’re curious, tired, stiff, stressed (or all of the above), I’d love to share it with you.
