Join me and Debs on Saturday 17th January (2.30–5.00pm) for an uplifting afternoon of gentle yoga and sound healing designed to clear out old energy and welcome the new.

We’ll flow through mindful, breath-led movement with a focus on twists and thoracic-opening poses to ease tightness, release blockages, and support your body’s natural detox. A short guided meditation will invite you to pause, reflect, and set your intentions for the year ahead.

The session closes with a deeply restorative sound bath, where healing vibrations will calm the mind, balance the nervous system, and leave you feeling light, clear, and renewed.
