Many women notice changes in focus, thinking clearly or holding attention. This is often called brain fog.
But sometimes the fog is not only mental. There is another layer that is less talked about.
Sometimes it’s a sign that old roles, priorities or expectations no longer fit the same way.
This workshop blends yoga and somatic coaching (a body-based approach to coaching) to help you slow down, reconnect with your body and access a deeper kind of clarity.
A clarity that is not forced but rather felt.
