From Brain Fog to Inner Clarity
An embodied yoga and somatic workshop for midlife women
If midlife has left you feeling foggy, scattered or questioning your direction, you are not alone.
Many women notice changes in focus, thinking clearly or holding attention. This is often called brain fog.
But sometimes the fog is not just mental. There is another layer that is less talked about.
A sense that old roles, identities, priorities no longer fit.
This workshop blends yoga and somatic coaching (a methodology that brings the body into the coaching) to help you calm the noise, reconnect with your body and access a deeper kind of clarity.
A clarity that is not forced but rather felt.
Sunday, 8th March 2026, 2:00 - 5:30
St. John's Memorial Hall, Woking, GU21 7SQ
£45.00 pp

You are not losing clarity. You are recalibrating.
If your focus feels different, your tolerance is lower, or your priorities are shifting, it is not a sign that you are failing. Your brain is not broken.
Many women realise they cannot keep pushing, pleasing or performing the same way.
Not because they are weaker. Because something in them is getting more honest.

When we stop forcing clarity from the mind and start listening to the body, a different kind of knowing can emerge.

One that feels steadier and more aligned.
This is not mindset work.
It is body-led work.
Yoga, breathwork and somatic coaching help you:
-
calm your nervous system so the mind can clear
-
recognise your body’s yes and no
-
reconnect with your centre
-
release roles that no longer fit
-
experience clarity in your body, not just your head

Clarity becomes something you feel.
Not something you chase.

A more natural new beginning, and new season.
January pushes resolutions. Nature follows a different rhythm.
Real renewal begins in spring. At the equinox, when life slowly re-emerges.

This workshop invites you to start your year in a more natural way.
Not with rigid goals, but with clarity, intention and self-trust.
Less “new year, new you.”
More “truer you.”
