Saturday, 24th October | 14:30 - 17:00 | St. John's Memorial Hall, Woking
As the seasons shift and the Hunter's Full Moon rises, nature invites us to pause, reflect and reconnect with what truly grounds us.
The Grounding Circle is an immersive afternoon designed to help you slow down, soften and prepare for the inward rhythm of the winter months.
Through gentle movement, breath, live music and deep rest, we will create space to reflect on the year so far, acknowledge what has nourished us, and reconnect with ourselves.
