Join me and Debs on Thursday 4th December for an evening of gentle, breath-led yoga followed by a restorative sound bath.

We’ll move mindfully to release tension from the body, ease the mind, and find stillness. As you rest, the healing vibrations of sound will wash through you, helping to calm the nervous system, reduce stress, and restore balance.

A nourishing pause at the close of the year — space to let go, reset, and step forward feeling lighter and renewed.

A grounding way to reflect and reset under December’s final Full Moon

WHAT TO BRING

  • Your yoga mat

  • yoga blocks

  • a Bolster or a firm pillow

  • 2 BLANKETS

  • and if you have an eye mask that's a nice touch
