Many women going through peri-menopause and menopause talk about a loss of clarity and focus.

Sometimes this shows up as brain fog: difficulty concentrating, forgetting words, feeling mentally scattered.
Other times it feels deeper. Questions around direction, identity, and purpose.
What am I doing? What do I really want?

This workshop offers a gentle, grounded space to explore clarity and focus from the inside out, using yoga and somatic practices that support the nervous system and the body, not just the mind.

Together, we’ll explore how movement, breath, and awareness can help you reconnect with steadiness, presence, and a clearer sense of direction.
